We are focusing on manufacturing, domestic & foreign brand sales of Smartphones and Tablet PCs, welcome OEM & ODM orders. Currently we have more than 720 employees, including 20 people of the R & D team, 70 people QC team, two workshop area of 10,100 square meters, 18 production & assembly lines , 2 packaging lines,2 special testing laboratory with all kinds of equipments. With production capacity of 300k pcs various types of smartphones and tablet PCs per month, now we're supporting the customers worldwide from North America, South America, West Europe, Russia, Mid-East and Southeast Asia.
Also we can provide failure analysis services for customers: such as microscopy inspection, electrical testing, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) cross section analysis, EDS elemental analysis, junction analysis and provide third-party outsourcing EFA / PFA support.
In order to meet global customer demand for different product development, Tong An Group has set up an experienced senior team to provide customers with a variety of levels of design services, including global layout specification, electrical design rules and spice model, and so on.
Tong An Group also offers physical verification and layout extraction script for EDA platform，such as: Dracula. We are also planning PDK，In the future it will be available to customers. We hope to improve the success rate of the customer's design once, as soon as possible to help customers capture the target market through Tong An Group design support.
To help companies save preliminary design research and development costs, to facilitate customer product verification, Tong An Group launched MPW service, MLM services and its own testing services. Our multi-project wafer service (MPW) allows multiple customers to do parallel processing design on same engineering Lot. Our multi-data mask (MLM) is the multi-layer data services on the same photo mask, as compared with the standard way , MLM services can reduce the cost of about three-quarters of the Mask. Our own testing service is to help customer circuit test (CP), to help customers find the problem very early.
To meet the demand for upstream customer packaging validation, Tong An Group work closely with the major packaging manufacturers to provide customers with various types of packaging and testing. Testing mainly include normal FT test, EAS and dynamic parameter testing. Packaging mainly include TO-220, TO-251, TO252, DIP and SO series, and so on.
